With years of experience in the industry from working as a gas engineer, Keith partnered up with Kym and set up Waterworx with the vision for creating a customer friendly, affordable but high quality workmanship business, and they have fulfilled this.

Kym brings with her the extensive knowledge she gained whilst working in a supporting role for an FE College Construction Department. Kym and Keith joined their own skills together to forge a business plan that had all the qualities customers wanted.

Ash is one of the Directors. His specialisms include boiler and heating breakdowns. He is very much a family man and loves nothing more than to spend time with them. When he’s not working, his hobbies include gym training and he loves all things cars!

Leanda joined our team in 2021 and took over the Finances & Administration position. She brings with her over fifteen years of experience. Leanda enjoys keeping fit by running and spends weekends taking her children to various clubs.

Abby joined our team in Feb 2022. She brings with her 6 years of admin experience and will usually be one of the first points of customer contact. Abby has a diploma in photography and enjoys doing anything creative. She also enjoys going to the gym and taking part in spin classes.

Kathryn joined our team in September 2023. She brings with her 10 years of customer service experience and will usually be one of the first points of customer contact.
Kathryn enjoys walking through the countryside, cooking and motor sport.

Carmeine has been with Waterworx for 3 years. His favourite parts of his job are Boiler Installations and Fault-Finding.
He enjoys going to the gym and going to Summer festivals in his free time.
His favourite food is Italian and he loves watching Top Boy and Rick & Morty.

Mary is our HR Consultant who has an extensive range of experience in some well known corporate companies and has been with the company for over 5 years. Her hobbies include going to the gym, kettlebells and spending time with her family and friends.
Mary enjoys food and her favourite food at present is a good curry!

Laura started with us in June 2018 and helps with our website, computer & social media-type tasks. She joined us from a technical background, having worked previously in technical support roles and for the MoD. Laura enjoys exercising and keeping healthy and loves the challenge of learning new things.

Shaz started with us in 2020, he supplies our engineers with the vital parts they need in order to carry out their jobs, this saves them time collecting themselves, time which is better spent helping our customers on the front line.
Shaz likes to eat healthy food and keep fit, however he is partial to a chocolate brownie. He loves to spend time with his friends and children.

Steve has been with us since March 2021. He has over twenty years experience working in the heating industry.
Steve enjoys spending his spare time with his family on days out and shopping. He loves anything to do with cars and motorbikes.

Keelan joined Waterworx in February 2020, having previously contracted for British Gas for over eight years. He’s a fully qualified domestic gas engineer and specialises in diagnostics & repair. Keelan is a massive Cricket fan and really enjoys coaching the Hemingford Under 9’s. He has recently tried Wakeboarding with varying success.

Paul is one of our Senior Gas Engineers. He joined us in October 2021 and brings with him over 40 years experience. He loves his job and enjoys dealing with the boiler and heating side of his tasks.

His hobbies include spending time on the Norfolk Coast with his family and he’s a massive Leeds United Football fan.

Dhan is a gas engineer and he brings with him a whole wealth of experience as he served in the British Army for 25 years, as a Gurkha Soldier, and he also worked as a Masterchef. He is enthusiastic to learn new skills and he always likes to complete any job to a high standard. Dhan’s hobbies include playing football, badminton and travelling. He also loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful kids.

Connor became part of our team in 2022 as our apprentice. He likes learning all about the plumbing & heating world. He finds the job enjoyable as it’s extremely varied and every day is different. His hobbies are watching Manchester United playing and going to the gym.

Matty has been with us since 2020 and enjoys all plumbing and heating, particularly the larger installation type jobs. Outside of work, Matty loves spending time with his wife and twins, playing sport and he has previously competed as a professional boxer.

Liam has been with us for a while now and he loves the technical aspect of plumbing. He enjoys a plumbing and heating challenge and can overcome all types of issues with his experience. Liam is a recent Father of two and is a big Chelsea fan. He also enjoys cooking for his family, even after a hard day’s work and has found a new love in baking.

Danny joined Waterworx in 2022. He loves all aspects of working in the Plumbing and Heating industry. From installations to maintenance, he enjoys it all. He works by day and is a gamer by night. His hobbies include; gaming, boxing, gardening, DIY, fishing and spending as much time as possible with his family.

Ross has been working within the industry for over 20 years, mainly the commercial side. He is a multi-skilled engineer who is qualified in air conditioning, refrigeration, renewable energy, gas, oil and LPG domestic & commercial. His specialisms are in fault finding and he loves nothing more than fixing complicated boiler faults, especially electrical ones! Ross has a gas engineer/tech support role in the office, where he quotes work, orders parts and helps to advise the team. In his spare time Ross likes to game (he is a self-proclaimed nerd), read, cook, bake and enjoys spending time with his family.
