Role: Customer Relations Sales Manager, required for family run plumbing and heating company based in St Ives.
Waterworx Plumbing & Heating Services are a family-run business that serves all areas of Cambridgeshire. This includes St Ives, Huntingdonshire areas and also Cambridge.
Due to our excellent service record and customer recommendations we are expanding!
The purpose of this role is to build customer relationships, provide accurate quotes to customers and also develop business through recommendations and referrals. This role will also liaise with our commercial clients (landlords and letting agents).
Ensuring customers are seen in a timely manner for quotes, service/installations quotes, heating and plumbing needs
Liaising with current customers and clients to build relationships and sales
Keeping up to date with the latest Regulations and training requirements for the team
Expanding customer base geographically
Required Skills and Experiences:
Trade merchant background
Fully conversed in all heating systems and maintenance/installations
Aware of relevant Regulations
Previous experience as a plumbing/heating Engineer would be beneficial
A full driving licence is essential
Presentable in appearance as you will be customer-facing, with a positive attitude to work and colleagues
Good communication & IT skills
You will be provided with:-travel allowance, mobile phone, office and equipment.
This is a full time role with a 40 hour working week and overtime available.
